At Marsu Media, we value the trust our clients place in us. Our referral program is our way of recognising and rewarding those who actively recommend us to other businesses or professionals.

1. What counts as a referral?

For a person or business to be considered a referral, all of the following conditions must be met:

Not considered a referral: any contact that Marsu Media meets through its own means while delivering services to a client. For example, if during a project we come across a supplier, collaborator, or partner of the client, that contact is not a referral — the discovery happened independently, not through an active recommendation.

Considered a referral: any person or business we had no prior knowledge of, who contacts us because a client of ours explicitly told them about us. When in doubt, the referrer should let us know the potential referral's name before they contact us, or the referred party should clearly mention who recommended them during their first contact with us.

2. Referral commission

For each referred client who engages our services, the referrer will receive a commission of 15% of the net profit that Marsu Media earns from the projects or services delivered to that referred client.

The commission is subject to the following conditions:

3. Programme duration

The commission applies for the 12 months following the date on which the referred party becomes an active client of Marsu Media. All projects or services closed within that period generate commission for the referrer.

After that year, additional projects from the same client do not generate new commissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. When the commission is paid

The commission is paid to the referrer once the corresponding project has been completed and the refund or dispute window has passed. This ensures that commissions are based on income that has been effectively collected and settled.

Marsu Media will notify the referrer of the commission amount generated and the expected payment date. Payment is made by bank transfer or another method agreed with the referrer.

5. How to participate

For a referral to be formally recognised, at least one of the following conditions must be met:

It is not possible to claim a referral commission retrospectively if neither condition is met at the time of first contact.
